The year is 1917, there is a soldier named Glavil, badly treated, spat on by his comrades and scorned by his people. Then, he was captured, in a way, it was merciful. Even though his country hated him, he loved his country; he was tortured, branded and thrown in prison to work his life away. He understood prison, it was a fairly simple concept, you stay there, forever, or try to escape, and die trying. The best part was that he was treated like everyone else, like trash. Then one day, a fellow prisoner proposed a plan. He had convinced a couple other prisoners to sacrifice themselves so that the other prisoners could escape. They waited and planned until nightfall, when one of the prisoners picked up a large rock that he chipped away, then proceeded to bash the lock until it was broke. 5 men ran out screaming away from the exit, leading the guards after them. Glavil and 25 others followed the one who had proposed the plan… and ran straight into more guards. They skidded to a stop. Slowly, the man who had proposed the plan walked towards the guards, and pocketed the bag of money that the guards gave him. "You now have your freedom and enough money to get by in the world." The head guard said. The man thanked him and walked out. The head guard smiled, it was not a pretty smile. "What have we here? Some prisoners trying to escape? ROUND EM UP!!" When a guard approached Glavil, he feigned submission… then punched the guard in the face and slammed him into the wall, he stole his gun and Taser, then shot the guard and ran passed him. The soldier ran into the first room he saw, and slammed and locked the door behind him. He realized it was a lab, full of scientists. He raised the gun and pointed it, and they ran screaming out of the room. He inspected and searched the room for weapons, and stopped near a large tub of bubbling liquid. He was watching the liquid when he heard a noise behind and started to turn, then he felt a large shove to his back, and he toppled like a felled tree into the bubbling liquid.
He felt a lot of the liquid go down his throat, and suddenly, his eyes cleared! Suddenly, he knew what the liquid was, liquid actinium. He slowly stood up, rising out of the water. The scientist that had pushed him looked at him in horror and screamed, frozen to the spot by his horror. The door burst open and the head guard came in, he looked at him, raised his gun and laughed as he shot him in the chest three times. The soldier raised his arms in what he thought was a futile attempt to block the shots. Then suddenly, spikes grew out of his shoulders and elbows and cast a green liquid light around him. The shots rebounded off the liquid and went to the left, directly into the scientist that pushed him. He gasped in surprised and fell down dead. The head guard stopped laughing in surprise, and shot him more times, which he deflected again. As he stepped out of the tub, his legs spontaneously burst into flames, he remembered an important fact about actinium, it oxidizes. Strangely though, the fire didn't seem to be able to hurt him. He also realized that he could fly, he didn't have to walk, because the fire could propel him through the air but for this guy, he'd walk. In an instant, he willed the fire engulfing his legs away, and with just a thought, the fire disappeared. Glavil stuck his hands into the green liquid that was surrounding him like a shield, and giant hands made of that liquid started to mimic his real hands. When he made a fist, they made a fist. He grinned evilly and made a grabbing motion, the hands grabbed ahold of the head guard, who screamed. It was burning him. The concentrated liquid radiation was slowly but painfully melting away his skin. Glavil threw him into the wall, where he slumped down, nearly unconscious. Glavil approached him slowly, the head guard croaked out, "kill me…" Glavil smiled at him, it was not a pretty smile. "Oh no, that would be too kind of and end." Glavil dragged him over to the radiation lab, and poured a very small amount of radiation down the guards throat, just enough to bring him under Glavils control. The head guards eyes turned green and his body shuddered in uncontrollable spasms, then he stopped. "You are mine to control, FOREVER!" Glavil said, the head guard started screaming and crying. "Oh stop your blubbering!" Glavil shot a small jet of fire from his finger down the man's throat, burning him so he could never speak again.
Over the years, Glavil hunted down everyone who had ever done him harm in his life, dealing with them in much the same fashion, making them into his eternal slaves, he went into hiding where he mastered his powers and controlled more slaves. He had his slaves build him an extremely large underground cavern, close to the center of the earth, where it was extremely hot. They worked and lived there with one entrance and one exit. His slaves had no way of escaping their eternal torment, they couldn't speak or do anything, they could only obey. They didn't need to eat or drink water. They didn't age and couldn't die of exhaustion, They couldn't get killed by extreme hot or extreme cold. They were taller better and stronger than humans, they were immortal. They were slaves, eternally damned and bound to their master... The Actinium ActiKnight.
The year is 2005, the Actinium ActiKnight has mastered his powers, rested up to full strength. He has trained and equipped his slaves with solid actinium weapons, the metal controlled and twisted into shape by his own powers. His slaves were an elite, unstoppable army, he needs a few more years to gather more soldiers, and though the Mayan prophecy is wrong, They were right, 2012 WILL be the end of the world, and the end of mankind.
