Mercury Menace

A slave was mining away in the cinnabar isles when he found a huge chunk of cinnabar. He dug it out and brought it to the surface to examine it. Upon inspection, there was a meteor the size of a baseball in it with a strange silver liquid oozing out of it which is known as mercury. He got a firm grasp of the meteor and pulled as hard as he could. It slipped out and the mercury shot out. It grabbed the slave. It pulled him inside and became resealed. a minute later, the cinnabar chunk exploded. In its presence, a man doubled over. He had a coating of mercury all around his body except for his eyes and mouth, which was a red color. He had studied mercury before he was captured as a slave. It was the only liquid metal until bromine was created. He did feel that his coat was a stiff sheet of metal but he could easily move around. He realized something: I just might have mercury's superpowers! He closed his eyes and thought of liquefying. He thought and thought and thought until he couldn't anymore. Nothing had changed. He sighed and walked away. But he didn't walk, he oozed. He was a liquid! He became solid again with just a mere thought and practiced switching between the two. Then he looked around and saw he created a mess. There were mercury puddles everywhere. He thought of recollecting himself. All of the mercury zoomed back to his body and he grinned. I could get used to this! I believe my first step shall be to take vengeance on my owner. He went to the slave owner's house and into the bedroom. He grinned, for his master was asleep. He said in a deep voice "ONCE A SLAVE, NOW A MASTER." The master took notice and woke up immediately. "Who are you? What are you doing in my house!? Get out or I will call the pol-" He was interrupted by a blob of mercury surrounding his face with a bubble. He couldn't breathe. The previous slave grinned. He controlled the mercury so one of the master's ears could be seen. He whispered "Push me down, I'll come back stronger. I cannot be stopped. All your efforts are worthless. Goodbye from… The MERCURY MENACE." He walked out of the house as his old master stopped moving. He smiled. This is going to be fun...
